Sabine est Managing Partner de CASSLAW, Cabinet d’expertise indépendant en matière de Prix de Transfert et de Fiscalité Internationale. 

Parcours professionnel 

Après avoir travaillé 29 dans des Big 4 et des Cabinets d’avocats traditionnels, exclusivement dans les départements Fiscalité internationale – Prix de transfert, dont 17 ans en tant qu’associée (Deloitte, Bird & Bird, BDO, CASSLAW) et 3 en tant que Managing Partner, Sabine exerce aujourd’hui comme Expert indépendant dans cette discipline. Elle est assistée par une équipe d’avocats et d’économistes en France et à l’étranger.

Avocat au Barreau de Paris, Sabine dispose d’une double formation Droit et Economie.

Sabine parle français et anglais.

Sabine est membre actif de l’EFE et de l’AFGES en tant qu’expert fournissant des formations en fiscalité internationale Prix de Transfert auprès des DG/DAF/Directeurs fiscaux.

Sabine intervient régulièrement dans des revues fiscales françaises et anglosaxonnes. Elle commente en particulier la Jurisprudence française dans la revue mensuelle Tax Notes International.

Sabine is Managing Partner of CASSLAW, an independent transfer pricing and international tax expertise lawyers’ firm. 

Professional Career 

After 29 years working in Big Four Lawyers firms and traditional Lawyers firms, exclusively in International Tax – Transfer Pricing Practices, including 17 years as Partner (Deloitte, Bird & Bird, BDO, CASSLAW) and 3 years as Managing Partner, now Sabine conducts her professional activity as an Independent Expert in these matters. She is assisted by a team of lawyers and economists in France and worldwide. 

She is an attorney at law and is post-graduated in Tax law as well as in Accounting and Management.

Sabine speaks English and French.

Sabine is an active member of EFE (main French professionnel training organisation) and AFGES (Bank, Insurance and Finance training organisation), as a Transfer pricing and International tax expert by providing high quality training sessions to CEOs, CFOs, Tax managers.

Sabine is regularly published in French and International tax Journals, particularly the monthly Journal «Tax Notes International» in which she provides comments on the most recent French Transfer Pricing Case Law.
